We were briefed to help communicate this organisation’s new global corporate and R&D strategies to an audience of 50,000 employees, as well as launching the new internal mantra that would continue to galvanise staff across the world.

First we invited the top 100 senior leaders from each market to an intense 3 day ‘on-board’ session, ensuring that they all left as true advocates of the strategies who would help spread the word globally. We armed them with an emotive film to launch the brand positioning and communicate the brand values.

We then took the message on the road with our interactive roadshow. Three 40-tonne trucks with interactive presentation interiors were sent across the UK, USA and Sweden resulting in 10,000 people having a face to face and Q&A session with senior management.
