The Bank was asked to produce a brand film for Ladbrokes to communicate it’s exciting new positioning and values to all Ladbrokes employees across the UK and it’s international markets.
We needed to create something that was compelling, creative and that would inspire staff to embrace a new philosophy. Shooting in Twickenham on a rare sunny day our front man the one and only Chris Kamara led a parade of characters as diverse as footballers, jockeys, rugby players, hairdressers, mascots and even great British bulldogs through the streets. The idea was to reflect our great nation and its diversity as a whole in a fun and light-hearted way to trigger a stirring of emotions whilst illustrating the new values and behaviours of the company.
The film was a big success and was launched at an equally stunning event at ‘Here East’within the Olympic Park in Stratford. The event featured some great team talks and important engagement activities that helped drive the new positioning in the top 250 management. One of the days highlights was the appearance of Chris Hoy who grabbed everyone’s attention with his brilliant presentation and inspirational talk.
